The objective of the Process Optimization and Quality functions is based on the continuous verification of both the validity of the company processes and the quality of the products supplied. In terms of quality supplied to the customer, SOGO has perfectly achieved one of the most important objectives imposed by the automotive market: less than 20 pieces of waste for 1 million pieces supplied.
